World Cuisine VIRGINIA POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE AND STATE UNIVERSITYNearly 80 recipes from 11 states were submitted for this year’s contest. Due to the great response and the excellent recipes, our selection committee had a difficult time choosing the winners (listed below). Unfortunately, not everyone could win, but we have published all the entries in this cookbook, including one favorite recipe from Chad Brodkin, the executive chef of the Depot at Dietrick.
